Our hike

A couple of weeks ago, we went for a long hike with some friends of ours...

Here is their second youngest...isn't she just a angel?! :)

                                   More scenery...

And here is my lovely little sister...we had to corner her to get any good pictures of her!

One of their fine young gentleman...

Some recent pictures

Here's some recent pictures...unfortanutely I am not able to edit them as our laptop with my precious Photoshop is gone for a bit. So you will just have to survive the unedited ones!

This is our driveway, with some fresh snow.

A twig. Certain relatives of mine weren't very impressed, but I kind of like it...it's a bit appealing.

Another that others weren't too sure about...I must admit it looks a bit, well, freaky, but...it's interesting.

Now onto some prettier pictures. This is in one of the last few patches of snow on my grandparents' yard. For me, the flower, the snow, and the grass symbolize new life, blossoming out of winter. Very significant to us right now.

It was warm outside (yes- WARM. For all my American viewers: Canadian winters are not always -40 temperatures and blizzards! This has been a very strange winter. End of January and hardly any snow! Weird.), so my brother T and I goofed around with the fabulous light (courtesy the sun) a bit.

This one's kind of neat, like he's holding the sun.

Aaaand...that's all, folks. Probably won't be posting very much, maybe a little here and there. Busy times ahead! :)

Note: sorry the photos are positioned weird. I don't know how to fix it...

Thanksgiving

Finally, here are some pictures from our thanksgiving this month!

All of us cousins:

"This time each year in our hometown the county fair comes our way..."

Yesterday we went to the fair.
Dad and I wandered around looking at the animals and exhibits while Mum and the kids braved the rides.

These chickens are awesome- don't you just love their poofy heads?! I fell in love with the sheep too:
Isn't this little lamb the most adorable animal ever?! :)

Lamas are, however, not so adorable...

A little friend from church that we ran into... A friendly lama(or is it alpaca?)...

Bean really liked this tractor...

Red found one he liked, too...

And then there was this cute little girl.

Another random girl:

Warm donuts! So unhealthy but sooo yummy :)

After a full day of rides(which I didn't go on) and food and animals, we watched the rodeo for a bit:
